Our plans are designed to be affordable and effective. We offer Quarterly and Tri-Annual options starting at a low monthly rate. Each plan covers 100+ pests and includes our standard guarantee: if you see anything between visits, we come back at no charge.
Quarterly service includes 4 visits per year (every 3 months) and is our most popular protection for homeowners. Tri-Annual includes 3 visits per year (every 4 months) and is a strategic, cost-effective option ideal for rental properties or homes with lower pest pressure.

It’s actually normal to see a temporary increase in activity for the first 1–2 weeks. The Encore Method flushes pests out of their hiding spots. Within 2–3 weeks, you’ll see a significant drop as our protective barrier takes full effect.
